Advantage Transition Bridge Fund and the East Midlands Transition Loan Fund were closed to new loans with effect from 1st December 2009.
Advantage Transition Bridge Fund Limited (the Company) was funded by Advantage West Midlands and the
East Midlands Development Agencies. The Company is no longer accepting applications for
loans. The Company manages a maturing loan book reporting now to Capital for Enterprise
Limited which in turn acts on behalf of The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (DBIS).
Loans of between £50,000 and £250,000 were considered for SME businesses based in the Midlands which had a viable business plan but were unable to secure finance to progress that plan from normal commercial sources.
Advantage Transition Bridge Fund limited was jointly financed by Advantage West Midlands and the East Midlands Development Agency.
